What types of accommodation does Warm Heart provide?

We provide Supported Living Accommodation, including individual tenancies that are self-contained or shared where appropriate, and Temporary Supported Accommodation for short to medium-term placements for people transitioning from hospital, residential care, homelessness, or unstable housing.

What support services are included?

Support services include key working and goal setting, daily living skills (budgeting, cooking, household management), emotional and social support, tenancy sustainment, assistance accessing appointments and services, mental health and wellbeing support, crisis prevention, and community participation including volunteering, education, and employment pathways.

How does Warm Heart ensure safeguarding and safety?

We prioritise the protection of adults and children in all our services, with policies aligned to the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and local safeguarding procedures. Staff are trained to identify, respond to, and escalate concerns promptly. Comprehensive risk assessments, health and safety procedures, fire safety protocols, and emergency planning are also in place.

Is the support personalised?

Yes. Support is tailored to each individual’s needs, preferences, and goals. Staff promote independence, dignity, and emotional wellbeing while helping develop practical life skills and facilitating engagement with community activities and health services.

How does Warm Heart maintain quality and professional standards?

The service is overseen by the Director and Registered Manager, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement. Staff are recruited and trained to high professional standards, with regular audits, monitoring, feedback systems, and ongoing professional development.

Are careers and training opportunities available?

Yes. Warm Heart offers career opportunities for Support Workers, Key Workers, Team Leaders, Administration, and Management roles, with training, supervision, and professional development in a supportive environment.

Is Warm Heart Care Services CQC registered?

CQC registration is currently in progress. All services comply with regulatory standards before providing regulated personal care.

Who can access your services?

Adults aged 18+ with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, autism, or related social and emotional support needs can access our services.

How are referrals made?

Referrals can come from Leicester City Council, Leicestershire County Council, NHS services, approved placement teams, or private/family-funded arrangements. All referrals are assessed for safety and suitability.

Our services are offered across Leicester City and Leicestershire.

Do you provide personal care?

Currently, we provide enabling support and life skills. Personal care will only be delivered once CQC registration is complete and services are formally commissioned.
